  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for large appliances.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
